A: Absolutely. Customization is our strength. Our dedicated R&D team can work with you to develop products based on your specific requirements for design, printing (sublimation, screen printing, etc.), size, thickness, and material (e.g., cloth, rubber, PVC, microfiber).

Q: Do you support virtual factory tours for overseas clients?

A: Yes, we provide free one-on-one virtual factory tours via video call. You can observe our production lines, QC workshops, warehouse facilities and production processes in real time without on-site visits.

Q：What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: We offer flexible MOQs to cater to both startups and established businesses. For standard items, the MOQ can be as low as 500 pieces. We also accept trial orders for new partnerships. Specific MOQs depend on the product design and material selection.

You can provide your own specifications (OEM), or collaborate with our professional design team to create custom products from concept to completion (ODM), including custom shapes, sizes, materials, and packaging.

A: We provide sample services for custom projects. Sample fees are generally charged but can be refunded upon confirmation of a subsequent bulk order. Shipping costs for samples are borne by the client.

Q: What is your typical production lead time?

A: Lead time depends on order quantity and customization complexity. Typically, it takes 15-30 days after sample confirmation and deposit payment. We will provide a precise schedule for your project.

Q: What are my shipping options?

A: We have extensive experience in global logistics and can ship via sea (FCL/LCL), air, or express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx). We will recommend the most cost-effective and efficient solution based on your order volume, destination, and timeline. We can handle shipping arrangements to the port of destination or arrange door-to-door delivery (DDP) as needed.

Q:How do you ensure product quality?

Quality control is integrated at every stage: incoming material inspection, in-process production checks, and a final random inspection before shipment. We can provide inspection reports and are open to discussing third-party inspection arrangements (e.g., SGS, BV) at the client’s request.
